I’m sure you’ve heard the numbers from Gallup, only 13% of employees around the world are engaged in their jobs, that’s a whopping 87% that aren’t. So, it’s safe to say that most people don’t like their jobs. But let’s be fair, it’s hard to find a “perfect” job. Not every company we work for is going to be like Disneyland, and that’s ok. But still, if we are in a situation where things aren’t working out the way we would like them to, what should we do? .
If you don’t like your job you basically have 3 options:
1. Try to work it out
2. Move to another department within the company
3. Quit your job
The most important thing is.... DO SOMETHING. I believe not doing anything is the worst thing we can do for our careers and our personal well-being. So what’s your move?
